The JRB3 three-stage double-layer homogeneous emulsification pump has three sets of rotors and three sets of stators in the pump chamber. Each rotor and stator has two layers of tooth discs, and the three sets of rotor and stator have a total of 12 layers of tooth discs. The tooth tooth clearance between the rotor and stator ranges from the first stage at the inlet of the pump chamber to the third stage at the outlet of the pump chamber, and the material completes the homogeneous emulsification effect through the tooth tooth clearance of the three layers of rotor and stator.
